Refund policy

Cancellations

We will attempt to cancel orders upon request. Due to the speed and complexity of order processing and distribution center operations, cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy and restocking fees outlined below. Customers are responsible for verifying fitment, application, and product suitability prior to placing an order.


Returns

Uninstalled and unopened products in their original packaging, and in resalable condition, may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days may be subject to additional restocking fees as outlined below. No returns are accepted beyond 60 days.

All returns must be authorized before being shipped. Returns are requested through your account order status page or by contacting our support team for assistance. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable once an order has shipped.


Restocking Fees

A 5 percent restocking fee applies to all approved cancellations or returns received within 30 days of delivery.

A 20 percent restocking fee applies to returns received between 30 and 60 days of delivery.

No returns are accepted beyond 60 days. Products received after this period will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.


Return Process

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong item was shipped or Racing Supply Co. confirmed guaranteed fitment that proved incorrect.

Returns must be shipped by courier with tracking. Canada Post shipments are not accepted due to tracking and damage claim limitations. We strongly recommend insuring all return shipments, as Racing Supply Co. is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during return transit.

Please clearly write your order number on the outside of the package. Once the item is received and inspected, and confirmed to meet return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Most financial institutions post refunds within 3 to 5 business days. Store credit refunds apply immediately after approval, where applicable.

Return Address will be provided in our return authorization.

Items damaged during return shipping, returned without proper packaging, or returned in non resalable condition are not eligible for refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Installed parts are not eligible for return.

Electronic components are non returnable, including but not limited to ECUs, ignition boxes, data loggers, tuners, programmers, sensors, control modules, and wiring electronics.

Race only parts, safety equipment, wear items, consumables, and components that are opened, handled, contaminated, or removed from sealed packaging are not eligible for return. This includes items such as bearings, gaskets, clutches, brake components, filters, fluids, and safety gear.

Custom ordered items, custom tuning files, clearance items, and final sale items are not eligible for return. These exclusions are standard within the motorsports and performance industry.


Fitment Guarantee

If a product listing explicitly states guaranteed compatibility with your vehicle or application and that information proves incorrect, Racing Supply Co. will cover return shipping and issue a full refund.

This guarantee does not apply to race only parts, universal parts, application dependent components, or products requiring custom fabrication, tuning, or modification unless explicitly stated otherwise. It also does not apply when vehicle modifications, non factory configurations, or incorrect vehicle information are the cause of the fitment issue.

Customers are responsible for verifying application details and contacting us with any questions prior to ordering.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, clear photos must be taken before opening the package and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so a freight claim can be filed. For freight shipments, any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

Damage claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer according to their policies. Racing Supply Co. does not determine warranty outcomes but will assist in facilitating communication where possible.


Core Returns

Certain products may include a refundable core charge or exchange program, where applicable. Core or exchange returns must follow the manufacturer’s procedure, condition requirements, and approval timelines. Instructions are provided at the time of purchase or included with the product.

Failure to return cores or exchange items within the specified timeframe or condition requirements will result in forfeiture of the credit.
