Where We Ship
Racing Supply Co. ships merchandise across Canada only.
We do not accept international orders or ship to PO boxes.
Carriers may leave packages unattended at the delivery address; please use an address where someone is available during business hours.
RSC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation or for address errors provided at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
Shipping carriers are selected at checkout. In rare cases, an alternate carrier may be used based on availability, package size, or dimensional limits.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Additional freight charges may apply for oversized items or remote delivery locations.
Any fee(s) related to shipping or freight are non-refundable.
Processing Time
In-stock products typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm PST).
Fulfillment Locations
Orders are shipped from our Alberta or Ontario locations, depending on product availability and customer proximity:

Backordered or special-order items may require extra handling time; customers will be notified if delays occur.
Receipt & Damaged Shipments
If packaging arrives damaged, take detailed photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
This allows us to submit a claim with the carrier.
If packaging is intact but the contents are damaged, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support as outlined in our warranty policy.
